Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Reatlegile Solutions website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Reatlegile Solutions provides IT support and technology services including, but not limited to:

• Cybersecurity solutions
• Computer and printer support
• CCTV and camera installation
• Network design and installation
• Data backup solutions
• Microsoft administration
• Software and web development

3. Service Agreements

All service engagements will be subject to a separate written quotation or service agreement outlining the scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and costs. Work will only commence upon written acceptance of the quotation.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service quotations. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due within 30 days of invoice. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.

5. Warranties & Liability

We strive to deliver high-quality services. However:

• Hardware warranties are subject to the manufacturer's terms
• Software and configuration work carries a 30-day support warranty
• We are not liable for data loss — clients are responsible for maintaining backups
• Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in question

6. Intellectual Property

All custom software, code, and designs developed by Reatlegile Solutions remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to the client unless otherwise agreed.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. Our team will not disclose any business or technical information obtained during service delivery to third parties without your consent.

8. Cancellation

Either party may cancel a service agreement with 14 days written notice. Fees for work already completed are non-refundable.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
